What is a Hummus Wrap? Delicious, healthy food is what it is! It’s a yummy and healthy snack to eat. I don’t recall where I found the original recipe, but I’ve changed it up to be different. It is very simple and the ingredients are not hard to get nor are they expensive.
Healthy Hummus Wrap Snack
Step 1: Grab your choice brand of flour tortilla.
Step 2: Toast your flour tortilla.
Step 3: Cut up some lettuce and dice up a couple cherry tomatoes. You can also add diced avocado.
Step 4: Grab your choice of hummus.
Step 5: Add 1 spoonful of hummus to your toasted flour tortilla. Or more if you really like hummus.
Step 6: Add your cut up lettuce and tomatoes.
Step 7: Add one spoonful of raw Sunflower Seeds.
Yes. Odd one I know, but raw sunflower seeds really taste good in this wrap. Trust me.
Step 8: Wrap your flour tortilla up.
Step 9: Take a bite and ENJOY!
I was hungry so, I chowed down on this light snack in a few minutes.

This hummus wrap is easy to adapt to your own liking. There are so many options out there. Use flavored wraps like garden spinach herb, sundried tomato basil and/or zesty garlic herb for a different taste. Try using different flavored hummus. Experiment and see what you come up with. Either way, this snack will keep you going until the next meal and your body will love you for it. ENJOY!
